Description:

As part of a fixed-term contract, we are looking for a full-time Multi-skilled Agent, from February 3, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
Alongside the Social Workers and the Deputy Accommodation Director of the SAS (temporary accommodation), you will be an actor in the daily lives of the residents. You will ensure their reception, promote community life and ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of the equipment.
Every 3 weeks, the SAS welcomes people leaving squat hotels or the street during the time of a reorientation in an adapted system.
As a Multi-skilled Agent, taking concrete action for the general interest…
This means ensuring:
– The preparation of the rooms: ensuring hygiene and cleanliness, preparing bedding and bed linen, checking that the equipment is working properly, etc.;
– Carrying out first-level maintenance and maintaining tasks. For example: washing walls, painting and small plumbing and electrical work, etc.;
– Reporting technical malfunctions to the maintenance department.
This involves participating in:
– Welcoming the people staying there, and providing them with information on the life of the structure and the use of the equipment;
– The proper integration of the people staying there and regulating community life (prevention and management of conflicts, etc.);
– Organizing and carrying out activities for the public being accommodated.

Profil:

The integration of our residents depends on our listening and taking their needs into account.
If you too would like to get involved in welcoming vulnerable groups, with the following additional qualifications:
– A vocational certificate/vocational certificate/baccalaureate in equipment maintenance, technician/facilitator of social intervention, etc.
– 2 years of experience in welcoming groups in precarious and vulnerable situations, or in building maintenance.
– A sense of organization
– Interpersonal skills
