Description:
Within the Paris Seine Bièvre territorial management and attached to the territorial manager, your role is to guarantee the quality of service, to enhance the heritage of approximately 1000 housing units and to ensure well-being together.
You are involved in leading a team of caretakers and building employees while ensuring the quality of service that contributes to achieving the vacancy and unpaid rent targets in your sector. You ensure the proper execution of routine complaints processing processes.
You are responsible for the good condition of the accommodation, particularly in the context of its marketing.
In compliance with the budget and deadlines, you manage maintenance by determining the services required to maintain the buildings. You ensure that the assets in your sector are kept safe and that risks are prevented.
Contact for local authorities and partners, you will represent the company and maintain relationships with tenant associations and various service providers.
A word from the manager:
Within a team of 3 Site Managers and a Traveling Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of 1,000 homes with 12 employees. Don’t hesitate to join a dynamic team with great challenges ahead!

Profil:
With a Bac + 2/3 qualification in asset management (real estate professions, building, hygiene and cleaning, etc.), you have successful experience in management, ideally in the real estate sector.
You demonstrate very good interpersonal skills and a customer culture that allow you to adapt to a variety of contacts.
Your leadership and rigor combined with your sense of service will be assets to succeed in this mission.
You master IT tools, knowledge of a property management tool would be a plus.

Salary range: 35/37 K€ over 13.5 months (excluding variable bonus) – 22 RTT – 27 CP – Restaurant ticket card, Mutual, Transport, if suitable Telework.
