You will work within the Provence Alpes Côte-d’Azur and Corsica interregional management of CDC Habitat, based in Marseille and organized into a network of rental management agencies located in Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Toulon, Istres, Orange, and Nice. Our 400 employees manage and develop a portfolio of more than 27,000 social, intermediate, and affordable housing units for families, students, young professionals, the elderly, and vulnerable and/or disabled people.

Supporting our tenant clients throughout their rental life journey by ensuring their satisfaction is the main mission of our teams.

You will join the Rental Management division of our PACAC Interregional Department based in Marseille.

As an Urban Social Development Assistant on a work-study program, taking concrete action for the general interest means…

– Assist the Social and Urban Innovation Officer in managing annual projects aimed at improving the living environment of residents, particularly within the framework of city contracts
– Participate in the evaluation of current programs and propose ideas for improvement for the following year
– Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of social mediation actions in the territories
– Monitor actions organized by project leaders in intergenerational residences
– Manage the administrative part of monitoring actions, including the creation of indicators and carrying out satisfaction surveys.

Profil:

You would like to start a degree in real estate or social careers at the next school year, you are dynamic, independent and organized, with solid administrative monitoring skills and good interpersonal skills.

Ideally, you are also proficient in computer tools, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), as well as the use of tools such as shared schedules.
