You will work within the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes interregional management of CDC Habitat, based in Lyon and organized into a network of rental management agencies located in Lyon, Grenoble, Annecy, and Clermont-Ferrand. Our 280 employees manage and develop a portfolio of more than 24,000 social, intermediate, and affordable housing units for families, students, young professionals, the elderly, and vulnerable and/or disabled people.

Description:

UNLOADED POSITION

Reporting to the Vercors Sector Manager, within the Grenoble agency, you will be the primary contact for tenants in terms of proximity. You will guarantee the quality of the product and services to the client.

The main missions entrusted are as follows:

Routine maintenance of the property:
. Carry out all or part of the cleaning tasks of the common areas and immediate surroundings and the treatment of household waste. Check the work of the cleaning companies.

Maintenance and technical management of the assets:
. Contribute to maintaining the security of buildings by ensuring monitoring of installations.
. Report breakdowns, anomalies, damage, repairs to be carried out and, according to the procedures in force, participate in their management monitoring.
. Order small works and ensure their completion within the limit of a commitment threshold and under the responsibility of the Sector Manager.
. Control the interventions of companies and participate in works reception and rehabilitation operations.
. Process tenant complaints. Control the follow-up given.
. Participate in operations carried out by the company in terms of sustainable development.

Rental management:
. Inform prospective tenants and provide tenants with information, particularly on the rented premises and their surroundings, the neighborhood, documents sent by the lessor (charges, works, visit sheets, etc.); carry out commercial visits and promote the site.
. Manage tenants’ arrivals and departures (visits, incoming and outgoing inventory of fixtures, etc.)
. . Participate in rent collection.
. Monitor vacant accommodation
. Participate in marketing, particularly by presenting the characteristics of the accommodation, its accessories, its surroundings.
. Liaise with the relevant services in the event of neighborhood disputes, incivility, etc.
. Inform tenants (posting, etc.)

Social management:
. Issue an opinion on the adaptation and condition of the accommodation when it is allocated to a tenant or candidate
. . Issue a reminder of the internal regulations in the event of a neighborhood dispute, before transmitting it to the competent services.
. Communicate abnormal occupancy situations to the relevant services.
. Maintain a relationship of trust with tenants in difficulty, particularly in the event of non-payment, and put them in contact with resource persons (internal and external).
. Organize and/or participate in festive events.

Profil:

Experience and knowledge required:
. Minimum education level CAP
. Experience in caretaking and cleaning
. Technical knowledge of secondary work appreciated

. Good command of office tools (MS Office). Software used: IKOS.
. Perfect command of French.
