Description:

Property Manager – M/F

Within the company ICF Habitat Atlantique and reporting to the site manager, you are the privileged contact for tenants, you ensure daily customer relations in the field with the aim of quality of service in conjunction with customer managers.

A good communicator, you inform tenants about their account, their rights and obligations, and the work planned in their residence.

As a field person, you manage customer complaints independently via our internal software, from entering the complaint to its resolution in compliance with company procedures and processing times.

You carry out inventories, work orders, monitoring of technical and safety equipment (lift inspection, etc.) in conjunction with internal teams (technical department, rental management department).

You participate in the marketing of housing by carrying out visits. You promote the housing by providing information on the apartment’s facilities, the neighborhood’s infrastructure, and local services. Upstream, you establish advisory visits and plan possible work.

Your role also involves collecting rent and regularly carrying out all necessary procedures with tenants (reminders, etc.) in order to avoid disputes over non-payment.

You are responsible for monitoring and controlling companies that intervene within the framework of maintenance contracts and one-off work orders.
You ensure that the internal regulations are applied. You ensure the quality of life of tenants through the close relationships you maintain with them.

Nomad, you work in several residences. For this, you are equipped with a touch pad and a mobile phone which allow you to be responsive.

As a company representative working closely with customers, you convey the image of ICF Habitat.

Profil:

With CAP Guardian training, you have 3 years of experience.

A good level of written and spoken French is essential to ensure this position, as is mastery of IT tools. Knowledge of IKOS is a plus.

You are rigorous and organized in planning your various appointments.

A good communicator, you know how to adapt to a variety of interlocutors. During your professional exchanges, you call upon your listening and discretion skills. You have a real sense of customer relations.
